Why I am looking for to kick starting my health with my online program?

For the past 2 years I’ve been really focusing on my business and getting it off the ground. At times I really focus on my diet, then at times I really focus on exercise. Running your own business can be stressful, instead of going for a run or meal prepping I would sit on my computer and finish off some work. I wasn’t all that good at work life balance. By the end of the day I would be so exhausted I couldn’t bring myself to exercise or it was too dark by the time I got home. I stopped regular team sport and when I didn’t have a regular commitment to move my body things all just started to fall away.

I wasn’t practising what I was preaching.

I knew something had to give and I set myself goals for the next 6 months which included health goals. I knew I needed to find more work life balance as well as focus on my own health. As I do with most things I wrote it in to my flight plan for my business/life and made the time for my own health. For the past 2 months I have been focusing on exercise and consistently going to the gym each week. I have now formed the habit of going to the gym and I am totally loving it!

But my diet is still here and there. Not perfect all the time and I want to get my health completely back on track.

So for the past week I have gone back to basics when it comes to diet I’ve gone back to eating simple nutritious foods, setting realistic goals that I can achieve. But it’s nice to also be supported on the journey. That is WHY I am looking forward to starting the Online rural health program so I can keep going with the healthy movement flow with each and every one of you who’ve joined.
