Meet Hayley

“I have a real passion for all things health and wellbeing, and I want to share my knowledge with rural and remote communities.”

After dealing with a few of her own health issues, Hayley saw the power in how good nutrition, exercise and herbal medicine can assist the body to heal – which led her to naturopathy.

“I was first diagnosed with IBS in my late teens and the doctor said, “google it for how to manage symptoms”. I thought surely this isn't the care we are settling for when we are diagnosed with a certain health condition. This drove my passion for understanding more about my health and my body so I could support it in a holistic way. I experienced first-hand the lack of support, the feeling of isolation and that no one was in my corner to help me on this journey. That is why I have the drive to ensure all my clients feel supported, connected and empowered when it comes to improving their health.”

Hayley is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of her clients as she lives in a rural setting on a sheep and cropping farm in southwest Victoria. She knows the juggle rural women face every day and really understands the distance to important health services and the limited access to supplies.

FAQs

How much time will this program take?

It depends on how quickly you want to see results. If you go all in, you may need 5 hours plus 1 hour each week after but if you want to ease into it 2 hours a week would be enough (that includes meal prep time)

Will I lose weight on this program?

I cannot guarantee you will lose weight. However I have had many clients lose weight following these nutrition principles. If you go all in and follow the program it is much more likely you will lose weight.

Will I have to follow a strict diet?

Absolutely not!! We have some guidelines that you can follow, but we allow for flexibility and you can make tweaks to suit your lifestyle.

What if I have food allergies?

I strongly believe that the guidelines we provide are easy to follow and tweak for any food allergies. However if you are still struggling Hayley is just an email away and can help you with more specific advice.

What if I live in a remote area with limited access to fresh produce?

Who said frozen veggies is bad? We talk about how you can meal prep to ensure you always have healthy meal options in the freezer. I also provide a list of places you can purchase whole food pantry staples to help make life easier.
