Choc Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
If you have a sweet tooth I have the most amazing recipe for you. These bliss balls are better than any you will find in the supermarket, not to mention they are much healthier.
Choc Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
Ingredients:
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup almonds
1 cup cashews
pinch of salt
4 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
½ cup peanut butter
½ cup chopped dark chocolate or dark choc chips
Method:
Blend coconut, almonds and cashews together until a fine crumb
Add the vanilla, honey, salt and peanut butter and blend until combined
Add the dark chocolate but only blend for 5 seconds just enough time to mix the chocolate through but not break it down completely.
Remove the mixture and roll into balls, if the mixture is too dry add a little water as that will help to roll them better
