Over the 6 weeks we will cover

Week 1 - Setting a plan, your goals, your mindset
If we don't have goals we have no path for success. In this week we will cover what we want to achieve as well as work on our mindset to ensure we are in a good mindset for the program

Week 2 - Whats holding your weight loss back?
Yes there could be a very good reason why weight loss is hard for you. We will be chatting about hormones, stress, adrenal fatigue and inflammation and why they could be inhibiting weight loss

Week 3 - Snacking and movement
Mindlessly snacking is one of the biggest ways we can over consume calories. We will also cover movement throughout this week.

Week 4 - Integration
We are going to focus on what we have learnt over the past few weeks. We are going to put into practice what we have learnt and fine tune it to learn what works your you. We want you to be able to sustain and maintain this way of life and this integration time will help do so.

The goal of this program is to inform you about sustainable nutrition. We will be covering how you can sustain this way of living and continue on your weight loss journey

Do I need Facebook?
Absolutely not, Facebook group is not part of this program
How much does this program cost?
$249 - or 6 weekly payments of $45

Do I have to start on the 15th of August?
Ideally yes as that is when Hayley is offering the 1:1 voxor support. If you do not want the accountability and support you can complete on your own when ever suits you.
Do you have a refund policy?
No we dont at this stage as we believe this program will give you the tools to live a healthy and balanced life.
