    • Learn how to cook wholesome foods following the “just eat real foods” principles.

    • Quick and easy meal ideas and recipes that the whole family will love and that does not require fancy ingredients

  • In person community work shops

    • Discuss key health issues that effects rural men and women

    • Allow community members to connect with others, feel supported when it comes to their health and allow them to meet other rural health professionals that may be able to support them on their health journey.

I love running programs for group and communities programs. There has been studies shown the benefits of community group trainings. They have shown it is obversely more cost effective but results are seven times better than 1:1 programs.

I also love when you are working with others from your community, or your friends on something new you are more likely to stick to the program as they are there to support you as you are there to support them and keep each other accountable.

Group programs for those in rural areas are really important, especially in these times when we cannot leave the house and attendee events ect. Catching up and embarking on online programs are a great way to break down isolation, keep in contact and keep motivated in difficult times.
