Today is the perfect day to go LOW TOX….
Every day our bodies are working to process toxins and eliminating them through our main elimination organs; our gut, skin, kidneys, and liver.
In today’s world, the burden on our detoxification organs and processes is increased, due to the large number of chemicals and pollutants we are exposed to daily.
It is estimated that women place around 515 individual chemicals on their skin each day through cosmetic use. This is ONLY cosmetic use.
As we move into spring, it is a great time to dive into your kitchen, the bathroom vanity, and your makeup bag and get to know the products you are using.
Check the INGREDIENTS list. If you are looking for low tox products, and not sure where to start then this blog is for you.
I know it can be overwhelming, so start small. Choose one section of your house & get started.
