Green Smoothie

I often get asked “how do I have two cups of veggies with breakfast?” It is actually super easy, so I thought I would provide you with one of my favourite ways to get those veg in!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of coconut water

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 frozen zucchini

  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/4- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple or mango

  • 1 tbsp collagen powder

  • 1tbsp chia seeds

Method:

  • Blend

  • Enjoy!
