Absolutely not!! We have some guidelines that you can follow, but we allow for flexibility and you can make tweaks to suit your lifestyle. I use my years of clinical practice to provide you a framework but we know no two people are the same and there's always an option to adapt.

Yes. This is a safe, supportive group space. The idea of this session is that you can get guided support without needing to spend the price of an 1:1 appointment. You can also submit questions for me to answer and they can be kept confidential.
No. This is a group program so there's not the 1:1 tailored aspect that Happy Healthy Whole offers. This is also ongoing support, not an intensive program. This can suit someone who's just tipping their toe in to test the water on how I work but also someone post Happy Healthy Whole who's still looking for a little support and accountability to maintain their health.
