Meet Hayley

Founder of The Rural Naturopath

Welcome to The Rural Naturopath! I am extremely passionate about helping those in rural and remote areas ensuring everyone can be the best version of themselves. After dealing with a few of my own health issues, I found a real passion for herbal medicine and nutrition which lead me on the path to Naturopathy.

Through my diagnosis with Endometriosis, I found there was a real lack of support for those in rural, remote and regional areas. I felt isolated and struggled with the amount of travel that came with the diagnosis while living in a rural area. That was part of my drive to offer a service that can support men and women with their health challenges from the comfort of their living room and provide a supportive service like no other.

Why Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is a holistic approach to wellness. Naturopathy looks at the whole person and provides a personalised treatment program tailored to your individual needs. It can help with:

  • Through Hayley’s own health journey with PCOS and endometriosis, Hayley is passionate about supporting women with their hormones. Hayley supports women with PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, fertility, preconception support, perimenopause and menopause just to name a few.

  • She also loves supporting men and women with their digestive health, immunity and skin.
